Admission Process

Admission to the Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) programme at Vijay Laxmi College of Pharmacy is conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations prescribed by the competent authorities. The college aims to provide a transparent, fair, and student-friendly admission process.
Check Eligibility
Applicants must have passed the 10+2 (Intermediate) examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Biology/Mathematics from a recognized board. Candidates should fulfill all eligibility criteria prescribed by the regulatory authorities.
Obtain the Application Form
Candidates can collect the admission form from the college admission office or download/apply through the college's official admission portal, if available.
Fill the Application Form
Complete the application form carefully with accurate personal, academic, and contact details. Ensure that all information provided is correct and supported by valid documents.
Submit Required Documents
Applicants should submit self-attested copies of the following documents along with the completed application form:
1. High School (10th) Mark Sheet and Certificate
2. Intermediate (10+2) Mark Sheet and Certificate
3. Transfer Certificate (TC)
4. Character Certificate
5. Migration Certificate (if applicable)
6. Aadhaar Card
7. Passport-size coloured photographs
8. Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), if applicable
9. Domicile Certificate (if required)

Verification of Documents
The admission committee will verify all submitted documents. Admission will be considered only after successful verification of eligibility and supporting certificates.
Admission Confirmation
Selected candidates will be informed by the college. To confirm admission, candidates must deposit the prescribed admission fee within the specified deadline. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the allotted seat.
Enrollment and Orientation
After fee submission and completion of all admission formalities, students will receive their enrollment details and academic schedule. Newly admitted students are encouraged to attend the orientation programme before the commencement of classes.
